Lois Foster
Lois is a Licensed Massage Therapist in WV. She graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University with a BS in Public Administration and her MPA from West Virginia University.
She studied massage therapy at Garrett College in McHenry, MD. and is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is a Certified Practitioner in orthopedic massage. She is also a member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals (ABMP).
Psychosomatic wellness is another area of interest. She is a Reiki One Practitioner and has over 10 years experience with alternative health care. She too is a consumer of massage, meditation, guided imagery, and yoga to address her own chronic neck, back and elbow pain.
Mike Foster
Mike is a Licensed Massage Therapist in WV. He graduated from West Virginia University with a BA in Linguistics and English. Mike pursued additional graduate study at Georgetown University, WVU and The Katz School of Business.
He studied massage therapy at Garrett College in McHenry, MD. Mike is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Mike took an interest in therapeutic massage after a lifetime interest in human anatomy and physiology. Too often the symptoms of chronic pain are treated with pharmaceutical solutions while the muscle and connective tissue origins of chronic pain are not addressed. Mike seeks means to identify and treat the soft tissue origins of inflammation and chronic pain with therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques.
