He studied massage therapy at Garrett College in McHenry, MD. Mike is Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage. He is also a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Mike took an interest in therapeutic massage after a lifetime interest in human anatomy and physiology. Too often the symptoms of chronic pain are treated with pharmaceutical solutions while the muscle and connective tissue origins of chronic pain are not addressed. Mike seeks means to identify and treat the soft tissue origins of inflammation and chronic pain with therapeutic massage and bodywork techniques.
